A private Classical Pilates session provides hand on, individual training recommended for beginners, anyone with an injury, needing modifications or those looking for an intensive, next level, personalized experience. 

​

One-on-one sessions offer a workout tailored to your personal needs with in-depth instruction, hands on assistance, and a detailed analysis of your movement potential. I strive to ensure that each session addresses your individual goals and needs to help you achieve results.   

​

PITC privates utilize the reformer, tower, wunda chair, electrical chair, pedi-pull, spine corrector & other props.
